Lucknow: Amidst reports of internal rift within Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), its national spokesman Sanjay Singh on Tuesday said it could cause a "sense of demoralisation" among the party workers.

"I don't want to mention any name, but whosoever creates such kind of the situation causes a sense of demoralisation among the workers," Singh told reporters in New Delhi after taking out a march in the state capital.
He said that a meeting of AAP's national executive was held on 26 February and it was unanimously decided that Kejriwal should continue as the party convenor.
Singh said that Kejriwal has not kept any department with himself as Delhi Chief Minister and he can very well perform his role as the party convenor.
On being asked whether any action will be taken against those involved in such activities, he said that everything will get clear after party's executive meeting scheduled on Wednesday.
In reply to a question that the party was spreading wings in others states, he said, "He (Kejriwal) had said that we will serve the people of Delhi for five years, that does not mean that we will not focus on other states. Our focus is several states, including Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana and Gujarat."
He said that the manner in which letters were written within the party and later leaked must get stopped.
"People must maintain the discipline," he said. Singh said that the party was not in a hurry to contest UP polls.
"In the next six months we will concentrate on consolidating organisational structure in UP and we will launch agitation on issues related to farmers, youths and women," he said.
The AAP spokesman alleged that BJP has turned into "Bhartiya Jumla Party".
"During elections Prime Minister Narendra Modi made big promises on blackmoney, but after coming to power its national president Amit Shah back-tracked. BJP has turned into "Bhartiya Jumla Party"," he alleged.
Singh also described the central budget as disappointing for every section of the society.
He also attacked the ruling Samajwadi Party. "While Lohia used to say that the party was his family, but SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav has turned the family into a party, where every member holds a post," Singh said.

Referring to the Prime Minister's remark comparing Kejriwal with naxalites, Singh said that Delhi public decided otherwise and instead of sending him to jungles, supported him with a thumping victory in Delhi assembly elections.
"People of Delhi decided to send Kejriwal to Assembly," he said.
Singh alleged that while Modi had only delivered speeches in last nine months, Kejriwal government delivered within 10 days of coming into power.
"The Modi government failed to address basic issues related to the people," he alleged.
The AAP spokesman statement about personal conflict within the party came on the day when AAP chief Kejriwal said he was "hurt and pained" by what was going on within the outfit, terming it as an "ugly battle" which has "betrayed" the trust imposed by the people.
Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal, who is the party's national convener, refused to be drawn into the "ugly battle", saying he will concentrate on Delhi's governance.
"Deeply hurt and pained by what is going on in the party; this is betrayal of trust that Delhi posed in us," Kejriwal said in a tweet.
"I refuse to be drawn into this ugly battle. Will concentrate on Delhi's governance. Will not let peoples trust break under any circumstances," he further said.
Sharp differences have come to the fore within AAP with allegations that senior AAP leaders Prashant Bhushan and Yogendra Yadav were trying to "remove" Kejriwal from the post of party convener.
